We value your time and we hope you value ours, so we require 48 hours notice for a cancellation or appointment change. If 48 hours is not given you will only be able to book a further appointment at YOKE by paying the full amount for that appointment up front. All new YOKE colour clients will be required to pay a £20 non refundable deposit when making their first appointment, this will then be deducted from your final bill. Please call the salon to make any changes so we can accommodate all YOKE’s guests needs.
